Tong Galaxy joined ElectronX in 2024 with more than ten years of professional experience leading technology product teams and driving corporate growth. 

Most recently, Tong spent three years in product at Ramp, where he was an early employee and the first individual contributor product manager. Tong led Ramp’s payments product unit as the business acquired money transmission licenses, and built Ramp’s compliance product. He led the growth of the accounts payable product—a new business unit—expanding its customer base to thousands and its revenue to millions annually, while also conceiving and implementing a new business unit within the company. Notable achievements include the development and launch of features like enterprise workflow automation and price intelligence, significantly driving sales and customer acquisition. 

Prior to his time at Ramp, Tong started a B2B financing company and held software engineer positions at two technology firms. 

Tong earned a B.A. in English from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
