Lonnie Hatcher joined ElectronX in 2024 with more than a decade of professional experience as a senior finance executive developing robust financial frameworks, driving budgeting decisions, and creating foundations for informed capital-raising strategies. Prior to ElectronX, Lonnie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Edgehog Trading, an electronic options market-making firm, where he played a key role in shaping the firm's strategic direction including decisions related to capital raising, joint ventures, and the selection of traded asset classes. 

Lonnie also previously served as the Director of Finance at Braviant Holdings, an online lending startup. Reporting directly to the CFO, he spearheaded the creation of new product models, crafted comprehensive reporting for both the executive team and the board, and played a pivotal role in negotiating new debt facilities and joint ventures in collaboration with the COO. Lonnie also spent four years on the Institutional Equities desk at Raymond James Bank, where he fostered relationships with sales traders and portfolio managers of large asset management firms. 

Earlier in his career, as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lonnie offered operating and strategy solutions to clients in the financial services sector. His focus included Mifid and CCAR planning for a multi-billion-dollar bank, primarily centered on its mortgage portfolio. Other engagements included merger and acquisition integration, budgeting and planning, crisis 10K project management, and internal research which was ultimately published for client consumption.

Lonnie earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a CFA charterholder.
