Apurva joined ElectronX in 2023 with more than two decades of experience in trading and energy markets. His career has spanned significant roles at Nodal Exchange, Trading Technologies, and the Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), managing diverse portfolios of market participants and gaining a deep understanding of the evolution of electronic trading.

Prior to joining ElectronX, Apura served as VP of New Markets at cQuant.io, leading efforts to develop a cloud-based energy analytics platform for comprehensive portfolio analysis; and as Senior Director of Futures, Options, and Digital at Prime Unicorn Index, where he was instrumental in developing analytics platforms and data solutions for private markets. At e^{1} Ventures, Apurva's role in Business Development and Partnerships focused on pioneering decentralized finance and cryptocurrency application ventures, emphasizing innovation in startup ecosystems.

From 2017 to 2021, as Senior Director of Energy Market Sales at Nodal Exchange, Apurva significantly contributed to the exchange's growth as a leading platform for North American energy futures contracts. Prior to Nodal, Apurva spent eight years at Trading Technologies, first as Sales & Account Manager and later as Director of Buy-Side Commodities, where he drove the adoption of advanced trading software and infrastructure solutions.

Apurva’s early career included impactful roles at ICE, as a Product Specialist for YellowJacket's innovative P2P communication network for OTC derivatives traders, and experience at companies including FXLQ, Toroso LLC, Cybertrader (a Charles Schwab subsidiary), and White Discount Brokerage.
